The Z-Banquet

Our fundraising event each year is the Exchange Z-Banquet. This single event raises our charitable funds, allowing us to support our projects and programs of service. Highlight of the evening is the  reverse raffle with a cash prize of $10,000.  This year the Banquet was held at The Flagstaff Elks Lodge on Wednesday May 6th, with the Elks membership participating in selling tickets and promoting this event. Cocktail hour began at 5:30PM and dinner was served at 6:30PM.  The $10,000 prize was split by 2 winners, along with $590 won by a winner of the Stars raffle and a record $1,500 to the 50/50 split the pot winner! The evening had a profit of nearly $26,000, split by the Exchange Club and the Elks Lodge.
